Our Tamari is traditionally crafted by genuine Japanese artisans and requires an impressive fermentation period of 12 months, taking place in 100-year-old cedar barrels. The flavor of Tamari is wonderfully complex and encompasses all five tastes: salty, sour, sweet, bitter, and umami.
