Tamari is a robust, gluten-free Japanese soy sauce made from soybeans and Koji, a unique Japanese noble mold. Our Tamari is traditionally crafted by genuine Japanese artisans and requires an impressive fermentation period of 12 months, taking place in 100-year-old cedar barrels. The flavor of Tamari is wonderfully complex and encompasses all five tastes: salty, sour, sweet, bitter, and umami. With this Japanese soy sauce, you can truly elevate any dish: (miso) soups, noodle dishes, marinades, sushi, and even stews! Also available in 125 ml, 250 ml, and 500 ml.
