Maple sap comes from the maple tree, which produces this sugary sap year after year. We harvest it in Canada every spring and then slowly reduce it to syrup. What you end up with is a delicious alternative to honey or an unrefined plant-based sugar substitute. What's the difference between Amber rich taste (Grade A) and Dark robust taste (Grade C)? Grade C is darker and has a more intense caramel flavor. Liquid gold! Also available in 250 ml and 1 liter (in a jug) and Grade A.
