Ramen are the perfect noodles for a super quick, healthy noodle soup. Place these organic ramen noodles along with a tablespoon of miso, vegetables, and Japanese spices in a pot of water and cook for 3 minutes. Ramen are the upscale version of regular instant noodles. We don't make them from wheat, but from buckwheat and shiitake. Gluten-free and worry-free! We have also omitted the packet of broth powder. Use miso as a healthy alternative. Also, try the varieties of black rice or brown rice.
