Important: During the acclimatization period of 4-5 weeks, birch sugar may have a slight laxative effect. It is not suitable for making yeast dough. Protect from heat and moisture. Caution with pets! In some animal species (e.g., dogs, cattle, goats, rabbits), xylitol causes a strong insulin release, which can lead to a life-threatening drop in blood sugar levels (hypoglycemia). Therefore, always keep xylitol away from animals.
