Mild-aromatic organic curry mix, produced in the Simmental valley, from mainly Swiss ingredients. Bright yellow, mild-aromatic in taste and produced in the Simmental - this is the mild organic curry. The curry powder gets its yellow colour from the tropical turmeric root, a significant part of which already comes from Swiss organic cultivation. The ginger, chillies and many other exotic ingredients also come from local organic farming. Exotic things from here.

Ingredients
Fenugreek, coriander, turmeric (India, Switzerland), onions, cumin (Egypt), garlic, ginger, fennel seeds, cayenne pepper, paprika. All agricultural ingredients are from organic farming.
Instructions for use
Ideal for refining stews, Indian dishes, Riz Casimir, dip sauces, marinades and corn salad. Store at room temperature (approx. 20°C).
