Product details

The fine spice blend of GüggeliGwürz is slightly milder than FleischGwürz and therefore perfect for seasoning poultry such as chicken, duck, turkey or goose.

Only pure and selected spices are used, the salt content is reduced and flavour enhancers are completely absent. The herbs contained in the mixture do not burn either.

According to the testers, GüggeliGwürz is simply brilliant. Application - a few examples: Sprinkle on the chicken, rub in a little and roast or grill on the barbecue or in a pan. It is slightly finer than the meat seasoning, the herbs are very fine and therefore cannot burn if the chicken is on the grill or in the pan for a little longer.
