The recovery drink is a fruity, lactose-free carbohydrate-protein drink designed for normal recovery after training. It contains both short- and long-chain carbohydrates for energy provision. Whey protein isolate from cross-flow microfiltration offers concentrated, natural protein with high-quality cofactors (BCAA 25%). It is enriched with the free amino acids leucine (1.85 g/100 g) and glutamine (1.6 g/100 g), as well as the soluble fiber inulin. This drink provides a wide range of effects, including energy, muscle building, and maintenance. It is prepared with water and contains a complete range of vitamins, without artificial sweeteners. It is recommended to consume it within 1 hour and/or after training to support muscle growth and up to 1 hour before training. The recommended daily dosage is 1-2 servings.
