Product details

Studies show that a 1-day carb loading can fully replenish glycogen stores. This requires a very high intake of carbohydrates, which can be conveniently achieved with Carbo Loader, without the need to consume large amounts of pasta or potatoes. Carbo Loader contains various types of sugars as well as the special Vitargo, a patented carbohydrate derived from barley starch with a molecular weight approximately 100 times greater than that of maltodextrin. This results in a very low osmolality. Carbo Loader is successfully used in competitive sports.

Instructions for use
