Product details

Specially designed for filling up the carbohydrate storage, high energy-containing carbohydrate-electrolyte solution.

Studies (bus sow et al., EUR J appl Physiol 87, 2002: 290-295) show that the Bussau can be filled by means of a 1-day carboloading. This requires a very high intake of carbohydrates, which is easily achievable by carbo loaders without also taking huge amounts of pasta or potatoes.

Carbo loader contains various kinds of sugar, as well as the special Vitargotm, a patented carbohydrate from barley starch with about 100 x larger molecular weight than maltodextrin. This causes a very low osmolality. Carbo loader is used with success in competitive sports.

Maltodextrin, sucrose, gluten-free barley starch hydrolisate (VITARGO?) 17%, trehalose*, minerals (sodium citrate, calcium lactate, magnesium citrate, sodium chloride, potassium citrate), acidulants (malic acid, citric acid), flavourings. *Source of glucose.
Instructions for use
The day before the race and during intensive training phases. Take 4 x 1 portion per day, ideally after breakfast, lunch and dinner and before going to bed.
