Body Shaper is designed to support definition and diet phases in ambitious strength sports. It is based on purely plant-based phytosubstances such as OPC (oligomeric proanthocyanidins), citrus flavonoids, betaine and ecdysterone. Body Shaper is intended to be added to post-workout protein shakes and is therefore deliberately only very mildly flavoured in order to soften the natural taste of the high-quality plant extracts. Ecdysterone is a hormone-like substance and occurs naturally in many plant foods such as spinach and is therefore not on the WADA doping list. Other functional ingredients in Body Shaper such as L-citrulline, betaine and OPC have a function in nitroxide and thus energy metabolism, while choline supports normal fat metabolism. Zinc supports the maintenance of normal testosterone levels and normal protein synthesis. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal synthesis and normal metabolism of steroid hormones.
