Instructions for use | This wonderfully creamy almond butter made from peeled organic almonds is perfect for refining dishes, drinks, (salad) sauces, soups and desserts. Particularly ideal for raw and vegan cuisine. Some delicious recipe ideas (by Ursula Schaller) Marroni-orange smoothie (in German "Schmuserchen") - or a banana-marroni smoothie: Peel 1-2 oranges and put them in a blender. Add 2-3 tablespoons of fine, raw marroni powder, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and raw, white almond butter. Mix everything together briefly, pour into a soup bowl and enjoy. Our personal blender is ideal for blending for 1-2 people - a small, fine blender for healthy cooking. Variation: with bananas or with fine apples with fresh peppermint or fresh dandelion stalks, with raw, white almond butter, just try it out, depending on the season and how you feel on the day. This is a gourmet breakfast - even for babies - this is pure natural cuisine - all in raw food quality. The symphony of trees - a warm Ayurvedic breakfast: Put 1 heaped tablespoon of raw food powder per person in a saucepan - add about a shot glass full of water, stir until smooth and heat gently on the electric hob level 1 until it thickens and becomes a porridge.
