Sonnentor Cinnamon Ceylon ground (40g)
Cinnamon Ceylon impresses with its sweet, mild flavour and fresh spice. A slight orange note can be recognised in its aroma. Cinnamon is the bark of the cinnamon tree. It is peeled off, dried and then used as a spice. Ceylon cinnamon is somewhat milder than its close relative, cassia cinnamon. It is impossible to imagine our kitchens without the flavour of cinnamon. The spice goes well with rice pudding, compotes and cakes, but is also used in many spicy Arabic, Ethiopian and Indian dishes.
