Product details

Psyllium husks are the outer shells of the seed. They can swell up to 50 times their volume and are commonly used in baking, cooking, or in muesli or yogurt. Usage: Soak 0.5 - 2 teaspoons in liquid for about 30 minutes per day and drink plenty of water when consuming. The psyllium husks can also be mixed with muesli or yogurt.
