Sonnenkorn Organic Psyllium Husk Powder

Contains only the source materials of psyllium seeds, so be sure to drink enough fluids. Psyllium husks are the peeled seeds of a species of plantain native to the desert regions of North Africa and Southwest Asia - Plantago afra. Psyllium seeds contain mucilage that swells in water. When stirred into natural yogurt, psyllium husks give the yogurt a creamy consistency. They fill the intestines and can help facilitate bowel movements based on experience.
