The separate dosing of the water softener, tailored to the local water hardness, ensures optimal use of the detergent amount employed. Just like with the detergent, we limit ourselves to only necessary and acceptable ingredients for the softener, avoiding fillers, phosphates, and other softening agents derived from petroleum products such as phosphonates, NTA (nitrilotriacetic acid), and EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid).
