Instructions for use | Use undiluted: On taps, tiles and toilets – where the limescale remover cannot be heated – leave to work for a few minutes, depending on the thickness of the limescale, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Use diluted: In saucepans and for descaling washing machines – where the acid can be heated and is therefore more effective. Dosage for kettles: Heat approx. 100 ml per 0.5 litres of water to approx. 60 °C, leave to work for 20 to 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Dosage for coffee machines: Pour 200 ml of descaler and 800 ml of water into the coffee machine’s water reservoir. Descale in accordance with the machine’s instruction manual. It is essential to run a subsequent cycle with clean water – until the water runs clear. Dosage for washing machine: Add 1 litre of descaler to the main wash cycle at 60 °C without any laundry. Run the wash cycle and clean the lint filter. Dosage for the dishwasher: Add 1 litre of descaler to the main wash cycle of the longest programme (after the pre-rinse!) – with or without crockery. Allow the programme to run to the end. |
