Product details
Oro Bianco di Sicilia is a rock salt from Petralia in Sicily. The massive salt slab was formed about 5 million years ago from an ancient sea. Its pure white color reflects the exceptional purity achieved through double crystallization. This Blanc de Blanc among salts was already valued by the Saracens in the Middle Ages. The locals still use their salt for traditional cooking, just as they did back then.
