Ark sea spaghetti is dried brown seaweed from France that enriches many pasta and vegetable dishes with its mild-spicy taste and beautiful appearance, giving them a touch of the sea.
Preparation:
Clean sea spaghetti under running water, soak in cold water for 15 minutes. Drain and cook in fresh water for about 5 minutes (do not use the soaking water).

Sea spaghetti*, brown seaweed (Himanthalia elongatha). *from controlled organic cultivation.
Consumer information:
Seaweed is naturally rich in iodine. Excessive intake of iodine can lead to thyroid dysfunction. Therefore, the German Nutrition Society recommends an average daily intake of no more than 0.2 mg iodine. Maximum daily intake: approximately 1g, which is equivalent to 1 alga or 1 tablespoon of algae. Please be sure to follow the preparation recommendations on the packaging.
Notice:
Seaweed contains salt. The salt can crystallize as a white coating and is a sign of naturalness.
