Puree made from passion fruits, harvested and sorted when ripe. The fruits are mechanically crushed and sieved to separate the pulp from the seeds. A homogeneous, liquid puree. Ready to use for the preparation of numerous recipes: jellies, mousses, macarons, sorbets and ice cream, ganaches, candies, fruit pastes, toppings, cocktails, etc. Convenient packaging in a flexible bottle with a resealable cap.
