ScrapCooking Puree

This mango puree is made from fully ripe harvested mangos that are carefully selected. The fruits undergo a complete process: peeling, pitting, chopping, and straining, before being pasteurized to achieve a smooth, liquid puree. This puree is ready for use in a variety of recipes, such as jellies, mousses, macarons, sorbets, ice creams, ganaches, candies, fruit pastes, toppings, cocktails, and many more. It is conveniently packaged in a soft squeeze bottle with a resealable cap for easy use. Fruit content: 100% mango. Made in France. The product is pasteurized. Shake well before use.
