Pectin, sucrose. May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame, lupin and soya.
Instructions for use
Use: 0.5 to 1 % of the total preparation. Add the pectin in the sugar, stir the mixture into your recipe and heat. Pectin is a substance of plant origin found in many fruit seeds (apples, quinces, blackcurrants, etc.) and citrus peel. It plays a structural role by gelling preparations. It is often used to make jams, but can also gel fruit-based desserts. Once opened, store in a dark and dry place. For food: restricted use. Do not ingest in unchanged form. Do not inhale. Do not get into eyes.
