Surface dye OR. Ideal for decorating your preparations on the surface. It is applied with a slightly damp brush. Do not incorporate it into your preparations (cake batter, cupcakes, etc.). Perfect for decorating macaron shells, cookies, royal icing, fondant, etc. The surface dye gold turns gold when used. Net weight: 5 g. It cannot be integrated into a preparation. Apply the surface color with a damp brush.
