The Rocher glaze can be used for all types of baking recipes, whether for cakes like entremets, glazed madeleines, ice cream, cakes, stollen, or mini cakes. The advantage of Rock Glaze is that it is versatile and you can never get enough of it.

Using this rock glaze is not only practical but also very simple. You just need to warm your Rocher glaze as desired: either in the microwave for a maximum of 30 seconds at 750 watts or in a water bath for about 5 minutes, and then you're ready to go! The glaze is immediately ready to use and enhances your dessert.
