Beta-glucan contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels in the blood. The beneficial effect is achieved through a daily intake of 3 g of beta-glucan from oats, oat bran, barley, barley bran, or beta-glucan mixtures.

Recommended consumption:
Dissolve 1 serving (150 g) in 400 ml of water. Shake vigorously until a suitable consistency is reached. If you prefer soft flakes, wait 1-2 minutes for the flakes to absorb the liquid. If you prefer it crunchy, eat it immediately.
