Glarner cold-pressed rapeseed oil directly from the farm. Rapeseed oil contains a remarkable amount of vitamin E, beta-carotene, vitamin K, lecithin, and other plant compounds. Cold-pressed rapeseed oil is suitable for cold dishes and should not be heated above 50 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
