Gluten-free bread rolls. This Italian classic is certified gluten-free and contains green and black olives. Content: 180 g. These wonderfully airy ciabatta rolls are perfect for Mediterranean sandwiches or simply as a light treat with antipasti.
EU Organic. The EU Organic label is the European mark for organic food produced according to the EU Organic Regulation. The label stipulates that plant and animal organic foods must come from at least 95 percent organic farming. No organic-synthetic pesticides or chemically-synthetic fertilizers are used.
Production is free from genetic engineering. Animal welfare is ensured regarding ventilation, space and comfort needs, as well as light requirements for the animals. Feeding is done with organically produced feed without the addition of antibiotics and performance enhancers. The use of plant-based or homeopathic medicines is preferred for treating sick animals. The feeding of animal meal is prohibited.
For labeling, the code number of the organic control and the origin of all ingredients (EU and non-EU) must be clearly visible in the field of vision of the EU Organic logo on the product.
