Maize starch, linseed flour 12%, buckwheat flour 8%, pea bran, rice bran, apple fibre, sugar, thickener: guar gum, salt. May contain traces of soya. LACTOSE FREE (lactose &lt0,007g/100g).
Instructions for use
Dark loaf bread: 500 g "Mix It Dark", 6 g oil, 10 g dry yeast or 12 g fresh yeast, 630 ml water, 8 g salt.
