Roxy & Rich Cocoa Butter Sunset Orange

With the coloured cocoa butter sunset orange you can refine your chocolates and chocolate bars with dots, stripes and patterns. The cocoa butter colour is also very suitable for colouring couverture. The colour is already tempered and can be added to the tempered chocolate coating without affecting the quality of the chocolate. The cocoa butter can be heated in the microwave as well as in a water bath up to a maximum of 45 degrees, whereby cocoa butter already melts beforehand. To do this, simply place the bottle in the microwave in stages of 10 seconds and check the condition.
