The cocoa butter color is also very suitable for tinting couverture. The color is already tempered and can be added to the tempered couverture without affecting the quality of the chocolate. The cocoa butter can be heated in the microwave or in a water bath up to a maximum of 45 degrees, at which point it will already start to melt. Simply place the bottle in the microwave in 10-second intervals and check the consistency.
