For fine, colorful cake creations. The food paste is suitable for coloring rolled fondant, Massa Ticino, modeling paste, marzipan, flower paste, buttercream, or royal icing with intense colors. Unlike food coloring, it has the advantage of achieving not only light pastel shades but also vibrant colors with a small amount. The food paste is very economical; usually, just a small dot is enough. When coloring fondant, it is best to wear disposable gloves, as the paste can stain significantly while kneading the mixture.
