Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Green chilli (30%), shallots, lemongrass, table salt, garlic, galangal, kaffir lime zest, Spices (cumin powder, coriander seed, turmeric).
Instructions for use
1. Put 50g of green curry paste in a saucepan or wok and stir over low heat with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for 1 minute. 2. Now add 400ml coconut milk while stirring Add and simmer again over medium heat for 1 minute. 3. Cut 250g of your favorite meat into pieces, add it and let everything simmer until the meat is cooked through. 4. Season with palm sugar and fish sauce to taste, 60g slices Add eggplant and simmer for another 2 minutes. 5. Then season with fresh, chopped chili, kaffir lime zest and chopped basil and serve with hot jasmine rice.
