Real Conservera Española Squid in olive oil

The small squid from the Atlantic Ocean require a very elaborate production process. In the first step, they are cleaned individually by hand. Then, the squid are stuffed by hand with their own tentacles. After that, the squid are carefully cooked and preserved in a traditional artisanal way together with the sauce.

The marinade used to dress the stuffed squid is made according to an old original recipe. It consists of olive oil, onion, and tomato. The squid gets its dark color from the ink of the squid itself. This offers an exclusive taste of the sea for real connoisseurs, which is clearly different from others.
