Shelled sesame seeds are gently blanched with steam and carefully processed into our mildly spiced white tahini without any additives. Since we only use organic sesame and avoid additives, the sesame oil separates and rises to the surface. To achieve an optimal consistency, we recommend stirring the paste thoroughly after each opening, which will make it creamy again!
