Tantalising memories of fairground visits come to mind: 81% freshly roasted, aromatic almonds topped with the fine caramel note of coconut blossom sugar. Refined with real Bourbon vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt. And with a great crunch thanks to the coarse grinding. To achieve an optimum consistency, we recommend stirring the puree thoroughly after each opening.
Production
Rapunzel has been producing nut butters in a special process for over 40 years. The full flavour of the almonds unfolds through gentle roasting with hot air from renewable energies. Together with coconut blossom sugar and the fine spices, it is coarsely ground.
Use
As a spread, in muesli, for sweet dishes, desserts, cakes, fine pastries and on vanilla ice cream.
