Culinary combination for rice lovers of long grain top natural rice, red Camargue rice and original Canadian wild rice. This rice mixture offers colorful variety with a slightly nutty taste.
Production: Long grain top quality rice from Piedmont, Camargue rice from France and Canadian wild rice are harvested, cleaned and peeled. The rice varieties are carefully blended and packaged.
Uses: As an attractive side dish for vegetable dishes, soups, casseroles and fancy rice salads.
Preparation Note:For 250g of rice, bring 2.5 times the amount of water to a boil, add the rice and simmer for about 45 minutes over low heat in a covered pot. Remove from heat and let the rice rest for 5 minutes. Do not salt the rice until it is cooked.
