Precious rice variety with a particularly fine, nutty aroma. Wild rice is in the botanical sense a water grass and is collected in old Indian tradition from the boat. The rice grows in the protected lakes of Canada, in the north of Saskatchewan.
Production: Wild rice is cultivated in Canadian lakes and harvested from a boat. To obtain the desired consistency, it is dried at 110-120°C and then cleaned, graded and packaged.

Use:As a refined garnish, to refine salads, soups, vegetable fillings and mushroom dishes.
Preparation:Simmer 200 g rice with 400 ml water for approx. 55 minutes until the rice grains have burst open.
