It also enhances desserts, sweet dishes, and pastries with its irresistibly nutty-sweet aroma. Completely free from added fats and sugars. Liquid, spreadable, or solid? The oil contained in the coconut puree has a very low melting point. Therefore, the puree is spreadable at cool room temperature, solid in the refrigerator, and almost liquid at around 23°C. Depending on your use, you can easily determine the consistency yourself! When the puree solidifies again, the coconut oil may separate and form a white layer on top. Just stir it back in.
