Rapunzel Coconut and almond puree with date

This nutty-sweet temptation brings a special aroma to your dishes. Exotic coconut puree combined with aromatic almonds and the light sweetness of dates creates a delightful treat. This creamy puree is made without any added fats or sugars. Liquid, spreadable, or solid? The oil contained in the coconut puree has a very low melting point. Therefore, the puree is spreadable at cool room temperature, solid in the refrigerator, and almost liquid at around 23°C. Depending on your use, you can easily determine the consistency yourself. If the puree becomes solid again, the coconut oil may separate and form a white layer on top. Just stir it back in. Rapunzel has been producing nut purees using a special process for over 40 years. The full aroma of the almonds is released through gentle roasting with hot air from renewable energies. Together with exotic coconut flakes and fruity dates, these are finely ground. Usage: As a spread, in muesli, for sweet dishes, desserts, cakes, and fine pastries.
