Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP is a unique specialty produced exclusively in the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia in Northern Italy. It is made according to a traditional recipe from the juice of sun-ripened grapes. Through the aging process in various wooden barrels, the balsamic vinegar from Modena acquires its harmonious, mildly spicy-sour aroma.
