Raab Birch sugar Premium

Table sweetener based on xylitol for use in foodstuffs. Birch sugar (or xylitol) is a sugar substitute that is comparable in appearance, taste, and sweetening power to common household sugar. It owes its name to its discovery in the fibers of birch bark. Raab Premium Birch Sugar is extracted from European hardwoods such as birch trees and manufactured in Finland. Unlike household sugar, birch sugar has about 40% fewer calories. Naturally, birch sugar is found in many fruits, berries, and vegetables. Birch sugar is suitable for baking (except yeast dough), cooking, and sweetening drinks.

Notice: May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess (from 30g xylitol per serving or from 50g per day). Store in a cool, dry, and tightly closed place. Filling level technically conditioned.
