WürzMi is a special spice made from sliced cheese made from pasteurized mountain milk, seasoned with table salt and Schabziger clover (Trigonella Melilotus-caerulea). The base of this herb cheese powder is the Schabziger dough, from which the legendary Glarner Schabzigerstöckli is produced. This is dried and ground through an elaborate process. The powder is then meticulously packaged by hand into practical shaker containers.
