Ingredients: Mustard 90.5%, Winter Truffle 5% (Tuber brunale, Tuber melanosporum)

Storage: Cool and dark at room temperature (after opening, it is best consumed within about 10 days when refrigerated)

Marcel Plantin founded Maison Plantin in the heart of Provence in 1930. Since then, the family business has established itself as a key supplier of truffles for fine dining in France.
