Truffle mayonnaise with winter truffles from Plantin

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, water, eggs, mustard, vinegar, winter truffles 3% (Tuber brunale, Tuber melanosporum), lemon juice, sugar

Content: 100 g net

Storage: Cool and dark at room temperature (after opening, it lasts about 10 days in the refrigerator)

Marcel Plantin founded Maison Plantin in the heart of Provence in 1930. Since then, the family business has established itself as a leading supplier of truffles for the grand tables of France.
