Summer Truffles Slices Plantin

The summer truffles in slices in a can are particularly suitable for enhancing pasta, meat, or egg dishes.

The flavor of the truffles reveals a delicate nutty aroma, while the scent is pleasantly fruity to spicy. Due to higher insect activity and summer weather, summer truffles often do not reach the ripeness and quality of Burgundy truffles and have a milder taste, which is why they are frequently used as a seasoning mushroom. This is also reflected in the price, with Burgundy truffles being significantly more expensive.

Storage: Cool and dark at room temperature (after opening, keep in the refrigerator for about 10 days).
