The flagship among truffle preserves, the First Boiling Black Truffle, emits a fragrance when properly cooked that is almost as intense as that of a fresh truffle, delighting the palate of even the most discerning guests.

Marcel Plantin founded Maison Plantin in the heart of Provence in 1930. Since then, the family business has established itself as a main supplier of truffles for the grand tables of France.
