Black Truffle Juice Extra Plantin
Juice extracted through cooking. All the flavors of the truffle are concentrated in this juice.
Uses: For creating a fine truffle sauce, salt sauce, or for flavoring dishes.
Ingredients: Truffle juice (Tuber melanosporum), water, salt.
Content: 50 g net.
Storage: Cool and dark at room temperature (after opening, it is best consumed within about 10 days when refrigerated).
Marcel Plantin founded Maison Plantin in the heart of Provence in 1930. Since then, the family business has established itself as a main supplier of truffles for the grand tables of France. In 1986, Hervé Poron took over Maison Plantin and initiated a strong growth program for the company. It now primarily exports its expertise to other countries. Today, his son Christopher Poron and Nicolas Rouhier continue his work with the same passion for truffle cultivation and the world of truffles in general.
