Edible gelatine (pork).
Instructions for use
Soak a number of leaves in cold water for 5 minutes and squeeze out slightly. For hot dishes, stir the squeezed gelatine directly into the hot mixture. The gelatine will dissolve immediately. For cold dishes (including cream), dissolve the squeezed gelatine in a little hot water, then gradually stir the cold mixture into the gelatine - never the other way round! Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Dosage: 1 sheet to 80 ml liquid. Store in a dry place away from light.
