Welcome to the world of Pinsami, where our Pinsa bases are the result of a careful selection of flours, a long rising process, and a rigorous hand-rolling of the dough. Why are these Pinsa bases so good? The blend of wheat flour, rice flour, and soy flour, combined with a sourdough starter, keeps the dough highly hydrated and light, making it very digestible and free from animal fats. Additionally, our Pinsa Romana is the only one made with protected iodized salt, a special patented salt that preserves iodine even at high temperatures. Furthermore, all our Italian Pinsa bases are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are suitable for both savory and sweet recipes and, since they are pre-baked, are ready in just 5 minutes.
