Peugeot Pink salt

Pink salt from Bolivia comes from a deposit more than 3000 metres above sea level, where it is naturally protected by the volcanic rock of the Andes Cordillera. The pink colour gives it a mineral appearance and is due to its high content of the essential oligo element iron. The salt is also rich in calcium, potassium and magnesium. It has a strong salty flavour without being aggressive on the tongue. In the kitchen, it is an ideal accompaniment to red meat, roasts, fatty fish and sauce dishes. Also suitable for raw vegetables.
