Good to know: After use, the empty bottle can be disposed of in special containers for recycling (with cap), or it can be reused at home for storing food such as spices and herbs after being washed and dried.

What is a fat-soluble dye?
Fat-soluble food coloring is a dye that is soluble in fat. It can be used to color glazes and other fat-based substances, as well as baking mixes like cakes or cookies.

How do I use the liquid fat-soluble red dye?
It is easy to use and can be incorporated directly into the mixture. There is no need to dilute it beforehand. Maximum dosage: 1.5 g / kg of preparation.

Composition: Rapeseed oil, colorants E129-E120, thickener E1520, emulsifier: soy lecithin. E129: May have adverse effects on activity and attention in children. Allergens: May contain traces of milk and sulfites. Dye for use in food. Do not consume in unchanged form.

How should the liquid food coloring be stored?
Liquid food coloring should be stored protected from heat and moisture. A phase separation may occur: shake well before use.
